Within the culinary jargon they are no strangers. Jan Gerard van der Wal and Wouter Brandsema. The famous restaurant ‘Sir Sèbastian’ has been one of true culinary gems back in the 1990’s. It was here where Jan Gerard as a patron-cuisinier cooked the stars from the sky. In 2014 Le Petit Bistro in the Frisian city Sneek was started. In 2016 Wouter joined the culinary team and together these patrons-cuisiniers took Le Petit Bistro to a new top culinary bistro level. A BIB GOURMAND of Michelin, excellent culinary journalistic reviews and also a public award for the best French restaurant in the Netherlands was won in 2019. And now, these fine gentleman are ready to serve you a wonderful evening at Bistro Aragosta.
